Wrixling is a new form of one-on-one,
online Participatory-Psychic-Scrambling
The process is one part shared fever dream, two parts disorientation massage, three parts abstract therapy, and a pinch of schizo-LARP. Wrixling was created to re-scale, off-rail, and side-soup that negligible entity formerly known as “self.”
Participants are invited to register for a private, 25 minute-long videochat session with one of six Directors of Behavior. Each Director is highly trained in the techniques of Wrixling, as well as individual specialties including Gender Terracing, Transcursive Drawl and the Empathic Spittoon.
During the session, the Participant will co-operate upon their (im)personal histories, lingo-scaffolds, ancestral-fields, and fetish-nodes through a series of high-level language games and world-bending exercises. The results? We have no idea! But here is what Wrixlers have to say…

Rules/Facts

- WRIXLING is for entertainment purposes only and is not therapy.
- WRIXLING sessions will last approximately 25 minutes and will happen through videochat. Participants must have a stable internet connection.
- Participants must log on to the session through a laptop or desktop computer. WRIXLING is not designed for mobile communication.
- Participants must be alone for the duration of the session, in a quiet, private room.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us 48 hours in advance. If we receive notice of cancellation after this time, we will not be able to refund you the price of your session.
- Each session is completely unique and individually tailored to the participant.
- We will not tolerate nudity during the sessions or racist, sexist comments and abusive language towards your DirB. In the event of such, the sessions will be terminated immediately and your money will not be refunded.
WRIXLING is commissioned and produced by Contemporary Art Centre (CAC), Vilnius as part of Corpus, network for performance practice.
